Að skipta eða skila vöru

Kaupandi hefur 7 daga til að hætta við kaupin. Skilda er að varan sé í góðu lagi og í óuppteknum upprunalegum umbúðum. Ef varan kemur í innsugluðum umbúðum má ekki rjúfa innsiglið. 

Skilafrestur hefst við afhendingu vöru til viðtakanda. Kvittun fyrir kaupum á vöru þarf að fylgja með. Endurgreiðsla á vöru er framkvæmd með millifærslu en flutnings- og póstgjöld eru ekki endurgreidd.

Returning or changing bought items

The buyer has 7 day period to return the product, given that the buyer has not used the product. The item has to be in good conditions, in the original packaging. If the product is delivered in a sealed bag, the seal cannot be broken. The 7 day period starts when the buyer has received the product. The refund will be through a transaction to the buyers bank account, but the mailing and other duties will not be refunded.
